Hey everyone!
Looking for some help. I tried to book a train from Venice to Salzburg May 1st through the Eurorail pass site. It will send us to change trains in Kufstein. The whole reason for going by train is to see the scenery. It is a day train. My question is will the scenery be better going through Kufstein or Villach. We are willing to go a little out of the way to see pretty scenery in Austria.
Has anyone ever done this route?

Both railway corridors run through moutainous areas, therefore I don%26#39;t see any mentionable differences in terms of scenery. Considering that the way through Innsbruck/Kufstein is actually longer, I would rather go via Villach in order to save valuable time.
