Gassner Pension - has anyone stayed there?

Has anyone stayed at Pension Gassner? Couldn%26#39;t find any recent reviews. The review from 2002 was anything but good.

The guest houses with good reviews seem booked for the time we need in August. Family of 4. Will be thankful for any suggestions. A nearby village (20 minutes drive or so) is fine too. Less than 100 Euros is our preference.
