My fiancee and I will be arriving in Vienna on May 2 and staying until May 8. In terms of subway/tram/bus passes, we%26#39;re looking at the 8-Tage-Karte as our best value, as it can be shared between us each day for unlimited travel within the city. We thought of getting a two-day for Sat and Sun and then a 7-day for Monday to our departure day, but decided that one-card for the both of us would be the best in terms of less hassle.
With the 8-Tage-Karte we figure all the bases are covered, too, although we have to make sure we stamp it twice per day (to cover both of us) we use it, and also make sure to fold it down to the %26quot;1%26quot; spot when we start using it, then fold up for each successive day%26#39;s stamps. ... If anyone has a picture or jpg or more input, I%26#39;d be grateful. (Maybe I%26#39;m overdoing it!)
At any rate, info would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, one last question, if you can help, for Vienna.
We plan on taking the S-bahn from the airport to city center (S7 or S2 train). I suppose at the airport ticket station we can buy our 8-Tage-Karte, but we%26#39;d also have to buy 2 Aussenzone
(sp?) tickets to make it from the airport to Wien Mitte, correct?
Again, any info would be GREAT!

You can acquire all kinds of tickets at the airport using the vending machines.
