we%26#39;re going to visit Prielau on our way to Italy.I%26#39;ve heard Zeller See is a really splendid place worth being seen. does anyone know sth. more about it, any information is welcomed, any castle, palaces, nice restaurants, Inns ect..ich spreche auch Deutsch , jede Information werde ich gern haben . thanks in advance

You will get more and better asnwers if you put in your subject line something more specific than %26quot;hallo%26quot;. What are you interested in: Zell am See, or castles and palaces?

Zell am See is indeed a very nice location for day tours of sightseeing. More mountain scenery, hikes than castles or palaces.

Zell am See is in a lovely lakeside location with high mountains all around. Lunch at the Victoria Hotel, which is on a tiny peninsular jutting out into the lake, is very nice. If it%26#39;s a hot day you can sit in the garden there and enjoy wonderful views. I don%26#39;t know Zell all that well so can%26#39;t recommend other restaurants.

A great trip is the cable car from Zell am See up to the Schmittenhohe mountain. The views are spectacular.
