self-catering accommodation in salzburg

We are a family with 3 older children looking for accommodation close to or in the old area of the city. We need four beds so the teenagers don%26#39;t have to share!! All we need is a kitchenette but a full apartment would be great. Any recommendations? We would be staying this coming August for 3 or 4 days.Clean and comfortable, nothing fancy required.
