travelling to Austria first week of June for 14 days

I have a few Questions,

My family and I (sister, mom and me are travelling to Wein. We are thinking about 2 days in Wein then renting a car to Gleisdorf, just outside Graz. My mom%26#39;s sister is in Gleisdorf which will mean a trip home for my mom for 4-5 days.

My question is we are thinking about renting a car from Wein and driving to Gleisdorf and looking for a good route and while we are in Gleisdorf area looking for some sight-seeing/attractions for the ride down. Day trips?

any recommendations for a hotel in Wein.. family or three person room in Wein, and car rental companies.

I would rent a car with GPS!

The native name of Vienna is actually WIEN.

Gleisdorf is located in the Styria Province which is famous for its hilly landscape. A good day trip would be the city of Graz which is the capital of the province.
