Weather / fountains

Planning on visiting Vienna in late March. What can I expect for weather conditions, and are fountains turned on at the various palaces.

Impossible to predict exact wether but this will provide many averages - temperatures - days of rain etc.

for fountains - I think you see few operating until perhaps April- again weater plays a part in this.

Thank you very much just isn%26#39;t the same without the fountains so I think I may try and push back my trip.
