What is the best and reasonable transportation for 2 passengers with luggage from Airport to Hilton Vienna Danube? Approximate taxi price?

Thank you very much!

You can get the CAT which goes directly to a location opposite Hilton Vienna Hotel and I believe they run a free service about every 1 hour to the Daube Hilton. The CAT fee is 9euros.

Unless a change has been made recently the shuttle to and from Hilton Danube goes to the Hilton Plaza on the Ringstrasse

I am not sure what is CAT...??

CAT is the City Airport Train which goes directly from the Airport to City Centre-about 10-11 minutes. It would be very close to an underground station and the Hilton Danube is also now but I guess you don%26#39;t want to try and work that one out so soon after arriving and carrying luggage.I probably got my Hiltons mixed up-3 of them in Vienna and bow to the previous posters observation that the shuttle to(and from)the Danube goes to the Hilton Plaza.(Might be useful though once you%26#39;re there).

If you wish public transport - use the SBahn to prater rather than the CAT ( City Airport Train )

From the Prater stop transfer to UBahn line U-2 .

If you take the Cat you must use U-4 to transfr to the U-2 - senseless to add to your transfer walks especially with luggage.

The S-bahn Ubahn route is the most reasonable-( 3,40 euro per person

the dedicated taxi is the best transport - about 29 euro
