Can anyone tell me what the weather will be like in July? I%26#39;m not sure what to bring for my trip.. will I need a jacket? Sweatshirts? or is it warmer?

Impossible to predict weather that far in advance.

temperatures will vary depeding on where you are too.
naturally higher elevations in the mountains are much cooler.
July usually warm enough that you do not need a jacket - sweater at night perhaps.

In Vienna at least, July can be very hot even into the night, but as Vertical says - it is impossible to predict. I can probably safely say that it won%26#39;t snow, though :)

Well, I suppose the original poster is rather interested in general climate data than real weather predictions. July is usually hot with temperatures around 30°C. Air quality regularly worsens (as in all major cities). But there is never a guarantee that it will be this way. We had (less) summers with almost 40°C and ones with rainfall and temps between 20°C and 25°C. But mostly it is %26quot;relatively close%26quot; to the average....
