is there any fruit market/flea market i can find in old town (i%26#39;m staying at the Bristol)I heard there%26#39;s a flea market at stephanplatz but now sure if it%26#39;s available daily.i%26#39;ll be in Vienna between sat-wed so it%26#39;s best if there%26#39;s a place where i can get fresh fruit everyday..thanks again for the helps

I suggest the Naschmarkt, which is outside the first district but very close to the Bristol nevertheless. You can walk or take the U4 for just one stop. It%26#39;s great for all kinds of food and fruits. Also, Vienna%26#39;s best known flea-market is there, but that%26#39;s only Saturday mornings.

Immediately adjacent to the Bristol you will find the Ringstrassen Galerie. This is a fully enclosed shopping center. In the lower level you can find a full service supermarket of good quality.
This would include a good selection of fruit and most any food item you wish.
A quick 2 minute walk.

As shops in Vienna are almost all closed on Sundays don%26#39;t forget to stock up on Saturday for both days!

I was in Vienna two weeks ago and visited the Nashmkt and it was really really wonderful. Lovely fruits, olives, wine, cheese, breads, etc. In fact, it was so nice, I had a reception in my hotel room that very evening for all my friends (8 of us) visiting Vienna. Yum!
