Hi ,

Fisrt time on eurail. I start from vienna to prague budapest and back. What do i have to do { apart from buying the ticket } before i board at vienna

Mind: Eurail is a word that does not exist here in Europe. Each country has it%26#39;s national railway with it%26#39;s symbole.

In Austria: ÖBB

In Hungary: MAV

In the Czech Republic: CD

What do you have to do? Hmm, good questions: decide if you prefer 2nd or 1st class (at least 90% prefer 2nd), buy drinks and maybe snacks, get a good book or a newspaper...

If you are asking what you have to do regarding your ticket and travel, you only need to be on a car in the correct class, find an unreserved seat, (unless you have a seat reservation) and the conductor will come and check your ticket. Could not be simpler...
