Nice Restaurant in Vienna for a special occasion

My husband will be 50 next April and we will celebrate his birthday in Vienna. I would appreciate if someone could tell me of a good, romantic restaurant where I can take him. We don%26#39;t like %26quot;nouvelle cuisine%26quot;.Any ideas? Thanks ;-)

If you like museums - the Fine Arts Museum hosts a Thursday evening bufet catered by a well known Vienna firm- fun to dine and also tour the museum between courses if you like such things.
